THE ATTENTION IS DAMAGED, FROM THE SECRETARY WHO IS NEVER IN THEIR PLACE AND LEAVES PEOPLE WAITING AND I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE FACT THAT THEY GIVE "APPOINTMENTS" ...
