El día de hoy vine a consulta por un accidente de auto que tuve y tardaron horas en darme una consulta. Primero nadie nos atendía después dijeron que están sanitizando el área y cuando por fin pasaron a alguien pasaron a pacientes que llegaron después de mi.

Mi mamá estuvo internada ahí y había que estar correteando a los doctores y enfermeras. En una ocasión hasta la dejaron sin comer (mi mamá es diabética), y cuando pedimos que revisaran por qué no se le dio de comer, nos dijeron que fue una confusión porque “nadie le dijo a la enfermera” que le tenía que subir comida.

Es una clínica muy bien organizada y con una excelente atención a los pacientes.

Un medico aqui se llama Dr. Paul Evan Ibañez Ramirez mentío en una carta official (que todavia tengo) de síntomas que no tuve yo para justificar una operación. Era una operación inferior, como si fuera en el año 1955 en vez de 2019, hicieron por Dr.Alberto Cruz Tirado, Dr.Félix Murillo, Dr. Francisco Celis, y Dr. Arturo Angulo (4 medicos para cobrar más), con la ayuda de Dra. Zulema Páez (la ex-esposa de uno del ellos quien me llevó a clínica a la trampa. En el coche ella me presió a averiguar el cuánto pudiera pagar y para dar el numero a sus amigos), Me dejaron con una cicatriz que parece que usaron una cuchilla por bifstec. Porque soy extranjera, la clínica trató de cobrar seis veces más que normal por este cirugía primativa. Pero de verdad, sería bastante fácil hacer este engaño a cualquiera persona, mexicano como extranjera."Fue abuso" dicen mis amigos Mexicanos. These people should be in jail. Dr. Paul Evan Ibañez Ramirez wrote up fake symptoms up in a letter (symptoms I never had). Dr.Alberto Cruz Tirado, Dr.Félix Murillo, Dr. Francisco Celis, y Dr. Arturo Angulo did the 1950 era surgery that left an embarrassing scar (4 doctors in order to charge more). Dra. Zulema Páez, the general doctor and ex-wife of one of the "surgeons".delivered me into the trap and pumped me on the way to the clinic on how much I could afford to pay. The surgery looks like it was performed with a steak knife. The same doctors and administrative staff ganged up on me when I was being released in order to try to pressure me into to pay six times what the natives pay for the same surgery (for those who don't care about scars, I guess). Fortunately, I had Mexican friends who got there in time to give me what it normally costs. I gave one star to be able to post this. As much as I defend Mexico, this experience has left me suspicious of every medical professional I come in contact with. If you find yourself at Clinica Del Mar be ready to call the Embassy. Horrendous.

Always good service at a reasonable price. Dr. Bojorquez is an excellent pediatrician.

You can find good doctors, from my own experience I have a good treatment and also I can ask anything because the personal is very patient and good at it. ✨

A couple of weeks ago my grandma went to see the Doctor Greys Valenzuela Paz. My grandma has a disability and needs a wheelchair. The clinic has access for disability people; however they don't have at the new construction. They call it "towers", the clinic should have access to people with disabilities every where but that's not the case. The doctor didn't act professional and she was unethical. Because, once they arrived at the place; the front desk told her that my grandma was there. But the front desk told my family sorry she is busy, she will not be able to attend you yet, just wait here. My family wait more than 2 hrs without no response. My family ask again about the doctor and the front desk told them, "she left already" she make them go twice with the same scenario, she doesn't care about her clients or patient. So unprofessional!!!.
