★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece que siendo una clínica especializada en el trastorno del sueño, tenga médicos sin experiencia que tal parece que acaban de terminar la especialidad, sin ninguna empatia con el paciente siendo este un trastorno tan delicado y sufrido por el paciente, que se ponen a recetar pastillas sin hacer ningún tipo de estudio o profundizar mas en la historia clinica, pense que era una clínica con mas seriedad aparte de que no es nada barata y por lo mismo esperaba mas atención tal parece que estaba en una clínica pública con un medio general recetando por recetar.
It seems to me that being a clinic specialized in sleep disorders, I have inexperienced doctors who seem to have just finished the specialty, without any empathy with the patient, this being such a delicate disorder and suffered by the patient, that they start to prescribe pills without doing any type of study or delving deeper into the medical history, I thought it was a clinic with more seriousness apart from that it is not cheap and therefore I expected more attention it seems that I was in a public clinic with a general means prescribing for prescribing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pesar de que pagas la consulta estan sobresaturados, pueden tardar en verte mas de 2 meses. Solo tienes contacto con tu medico en la clinica no hay apoyo psiquiatrico de emergencia asi que si no te funciona el medicamento y tienes algun terror nocturno o de ansiedad esperate hasta tu siguiente cita y tu medico si es que te recuerda decide si te apoya o no. Un fiasco y gasta tu dinero en otra clinica.
Although you pay for the consultation they are oversaturated, it may take more than 2 months to see you. You only have contact with your doctor in the clinic there is no emergency psychiatric support so if the medicine does not work for you and you have any night terror or anxiety, wait until your next appointment and your doctor if he remembers you decides if he supports you or not . One fiasco and spend your money at another clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para hacerle un estudio a mi hijo que me mandó su pediatra y el pequeño estaba muy asustado, al momento de que nos iban a pasar, nos rechazó el técnico sin siquiera intentarlo o explicarle al niño el procedimiento para que se tranquilizara. Ese técnico me mandó de nuevo con el pediatra de mi hijo para que le AUMENTARA el medicamento para poder hacerle el estudio. Lo peor es que el tipo que me rechazó con esas especificaciones sin siquiera ser médico como para poder tomar esas decisiones diciéndolo con prepotencia y palabras muy agresivas. Cuando regresé con el médico de mi hijo, se molestó muchísimo por el pésimo trato que me dieron porque se supone que son especialistas y me dijo que dejaría de recomendar esta clínica para sus pacientes. Un verdadero fiasco que sea parte de la UNAM, pues desprestigia a toda la institución. Nadie salió a darme la cara. No los recomiendo, pésima gente, pésimo trato y sin calidad humana para rechazar así a un niño sin explicarle nada.
I went to do a study on my son that his pediatrician sent me and the little one was very scared, at the time they were going to pass us, the technician rejected us without even trying or explaining the procedure to the child so that he would calm down. That technician sent me back to my son's pediatrician to INCREASE the medication so that he could do the study. The worst thing is that the guy who rejected me with those specifications without even being a doctor to be able to make those decisions by saying it with arrogance and very aggressive words. When I returned to my son's doctor, he was very upset by the terrible treatment they gave me because they are supposed to be specialists and he told me that he would stop recommending this clinic for his patients. A true fiasco that is part of the UNAM, because it discredits the entire institution. No one came out to face me. I do not recommend them, terrible people, terrible treatment and no human quality to reject a child without explaining anything.
