Les escribo por acá por que e intentado comunicarme con ustedes pero me bloquean y borran mis comentarios, así mismo mi cuñada llamo para hacerles saber la situación y solo bloquearon su numero en llamadas y whats. Primero que nada no siguen protocolos sanitarios, uno se arriesga muchísimo en el dentista y a ellos les vale un pepinillo tu salud. Yo fui ahí y Pregunte si podía continuar con mi tratamiento dental que previamente había tenido, me hicieron ir a un chequeo y me dijeron que si lo podían continuar sin problema. Durante 6 meses estuve yendo según a qué se me ajustaran los frenillos y nunca sentí presión ni dolor, lo cual significaba que lo hacían nada. No conforme con eso sus materiales de pésima calidad hacía que se me cayera un braquet cada 2 días, según no te cobran que te los vuelvan a pegar, pero al ver que se caía muy seguido me dijeron que ya no le podían dar citas para volverlos a pegar, dejándome con los alambres picándome la boca y lacerándome los cachetes. Y no contento con eso la secretaria te trata como quiere, hace lo que quiere. Siempre ignoraba mis mensajes y me daba las citas en horarios que nunca cumplían con mis necesidades, y era si quieres si no pues otro día. Aparte de que son muy costosas sus consultas. 6 meses de total estafa. No fui a mi última consulta y no fueron para re agendarla, lo cual significa que nomas me querían para sacarme el dinero. No vayan ahí nunca. No lo recomiendo. Su vida vale más, y mucho más que para estar aguantando caras, y malos tratos. They are a scam.
