Very poor cleaning job for high price. Very disappointed

I've been dealing with pain from 2 wisdom teeth on my right side on the top and bottom and I knew I had to have them extracted. While I was in vacation at Puerto Penasco I chose Clinics Dental Fernandez because of their GREAT REVIEWS and was given an excellent price for 2 extractions and teeth cleansing. Better price than Algodones Mexico. I showed up a hour early before my appointment and was told I would be attended in 15 min. And that kept their word. The Receptionist/ Dental Assistant was very professional and courteous which helped me feel relaxed to bad I wasn't able get her name "PERO MUCHAS GRACIAS SENORITA." And the Denist Hector Fernandez was very professional and guided me thru the procedure which was a weight lifted off my shoulder it's been 5 hrs. since I left their office and I have absolutely no pain or bleeding and I'm eating left over Mariscos from Rocky Point lol. so anybody thinking of going to go get Dental work done FORGET ALGODONES go to Clinica Dental Fernandez in Puerto Penasco. Another truly satisfied customer from Phoenix, Arizona! THANK YOU GUYS!!!

I made ann appointment and drive 4hrs just to be told the dentist left. wow. What unprofessional people.

Terrible customer service from the receptionist, giving me attitude when she was overcharging me. The dentist was good and professional but it’s a shame they employed such unprofessional staff. In addition, the prices they gave me are not competitive with the US. Other dentists in Mexico have better prices, I just accepted it because I had an emergency, I do appreciate the dentist was available

Great service. Everyone welcomes you and explain you what you need and what u expect. I felt confortable and Dr Fernandez takes his time to explain every detail and gives u options.... I got 2 molar fixed and a cleaning great job they did

I really liked going to Dr Fernandez, he explained every detail of the treatment that he was going to do. I didn't even feel the needle from the anesthetic shot going in. He did a great work and don't have pain anymore. I had 2 wisdom teeth removed and a root canal at the same time. I recovered quick, I took the medication that he prescribed, Dr Fernandez and his staff are very professional and friendly. I really recommend him.
