NO ES EL MEJOR LUGAR PARA HACER RESINAS!!! Me dejé Guiar por las reseñas, lamentablemente no fue una buena experiencia para mí. Creo que la "dentista" es principiante o practicante, ya que explica todo como si estuviera en la escuela, no me colocó la servilleta para no mojarme, me empapó toda la cara y me secó con gasas porque no tenía papel a la mano, sin contar que trató de meterme miedo y venderme 7 resinas cuando yo sólo acudí por el cambio de 2 que ya empezaban a molestar un poco. La limpieza dental bien (me han hecho mejores) pero las 2 resinas que me colocaron de pésima calidad. Anteriormente me había hecho en Dominicana y en Cancún en otro consultorio y súper bien ahí. Si tuviera que hacerme endodoncia definitivamente no me la haría aquí, no me da confianza.

La limpieza mas peor de mi vida. La limpieza fue muy rapido y mis dientes no se sentían limpias. Soy de estados unidos, pero vivo aqui y creo que la oficina se aprovecho de mi por el color de mi piel. Nunca regresare.

An excellent experience at Medident Cancun, MX with everyone I met from the receptionists, assistants and Dr. Roberto Carlos, Professor of Dentistry at the University. It all happened by chance really and the fact that he is open on Sundays. He loves his work as reflected in all the hours he puts in. Short story: I was at another dental clinic in Cancun and a procedure was recommended that I was’t sure I needed so I wanted a second opinion. Dr. Carlos saw me that night, examined me and helped me through the possibilities for my teeth. He spent one hour with me for in-chair discussion and didn’t charge me a penny. After meeting this man and understanding that, for him, it was all about top quality workmanship and the top materials available in the world. I would return to his office for a 4 hour procedure on my 4 front teeth. The cost was so low I actually cried and offered more but he refused. I’m an older man from the United States and have never met a doctor as kind, skilled, and patient as Roberto. I would highly recommend Dr. Carlos to everyone as a Top Dentist anywhere in the world. While other clinics may cut corners or rush through things, he is the opposite. What you get is the best dental work in Mexico, I would suggest. If you are unsure of having dental work in Mexico, you will be amazed at the high-quality treatment and caring you will get with Roberto and all the people in the office. Amazing experience!

This is the best dentist place you could ask for. We were on a family vacation and the day we landed on Aug 5th my husbands tooth started hurting super super bad. He was already in pain since the past few days however he thought he would survive the trip but as soon as we landed it got worst. Our hotel helped us get in touch with this doctor and we are so happy and amazed at the great service by the doctor and his receptionist who not only got us the appt but made the tooth extraction process so easy and painless for us. We left with painkiller prescriptions. Our vacation was so much smoother. Highly recommend this doctors office. Affordable prices too !!!

I highly recommend this clinic. I recieved excellent service while on vacation. Dentist Roberto Gonzales speaks English and does quality work. I will return in the future. 100% recommend.

My husband flew to get his teeth done and on the day of his procedure he was told they couldn’t do his crowns because of various bogus reasons. First they quoted him $2k more from the initial quote online then they tell him the lab won’t do do his teeth. WTH kind of establishment is this! Stay away if you don’t want to be aggravated. Don’t bother wasting your money on a job they cannot do.

I regret coming here for a dental filling. The people here seemed nice but my filling came out poorly. They didn't even xray my tooth despite me asking them. The doctor said there was no need. Now my tooth is all rough, like it was never polished. And I can't even pass floss through my teeth so now food is getting stuck in my mouth. I had a very small cavity that I wanted to get taken care of to prevent any future damage, but I regret coming here. Also, the doctora who was doing my teeth was being rushed while she was finishing up the procedure.

I traveled from Houston Texas to get a root canal, fillings, and crowns. From the moment I got here I felt very comfortable, and cared for. Dr. Roberto is very kind, patient, and considerate. I can tell he really knows what he’s talking about, and takes his time to do his job correctly. He listen to me whenever I said that something hurt, or didn’t feel right. He talked me through the procedures, and help me to understand why I needed everything that I got done. There were plenty of other doctors that helped me, and they were all just as caring and professional. They all made me feel safe, and I can’t express how grateful I am. I’m so happy that I chose this dentist, and I will be coming back to get more work done in the future.
