The worst experience of my life, I do not recommend it, I started my orthodontic treatment in this clinic, but I ended up worse, in my case they never explained my treatment in detail, what type of bite I had, how long would my treatment last, this type of basic details when starting a treatment (I don't know if they explain to others) the general dentist reviews you when you want to request an evaluation to start orthodontic treatment, and she only asked me for my panoramic X-ray, because "the lateral cephalic was not necessary "What I know should be the 2 x-rays in no case should they ask for just one, but even so I did the 2 thinking that maybe it was just a mistake of the dentist and the orthodontist if I was going to need it, they only told me that they should perform extractions , but it was "optional", but since they did not explain everything to me very well, I wondered, in just 2 months my teeth and my health got so bad that the pain became unbearable. That was the first negative aspect, I know that some may think that it was my responsibility because I told myself about the extractions, and that is how I thought until I consulted with other professionals and they all agree that they do not understand the orthodontist's way of working, and that is, yes. a patient requires extractions in no case can it be "optional" because it is assumed the decision was made based on the diagnosis, and that space is required, as well as health professionals they are responsible, they are the ones who have the knowledge, and they know the consequences, it's so easy to say "I can't do the treatment without extractions because it can bring you more problems, if you don't like it, you can go to another professional but I don't do this type of work ..." that shows a lack of professional ethics, they only care about the $$$ .. Second aspect, so I do not recommend it, when a bracket fell, they told you that they could not "stick" it until after 2 or 3 weeks, so that the tooth would "regenerate". Asking other orthodontists, they told me that this is a lie, in fact it is best to stick it as soon as it falls off so as not to delay your treatment. Third aspect, I treated some cavities that I had and it was worse, with sensitivity, later I found out that to perform them a procedure was necessary in which they must isolate the tooth, this is very important, something that they do not do here so my teeth now I can not eat hard things because of the sensitivity that they left me. Fourth aspect: cheap is expensive, I've actually seen many people attend, I don't know what their experience is like, maybe a good one, but my experience was the worst, the prices are very attractive, practically the whole year there is a discount, as it is only for a month, and the next another promotion comes out, that only indicates that the materials are of poor quality or that they only care about $$$ in my case I attended for evaluation, they made me a history type, they asked me my occupation I mean "student" and to two days there was already a promotion on his page, according to "treatment for students at low cost." I hope to help many with this opinion, I wanted to give it by canceling my treatment to avoid retaliation, even something similar happened on their facebook page and they deleted the comments they said it was defamation, in my case it is not about defamation because I have all my history and vouchers, I only say as is my experience, if they do not like it they should improve, in their hands is the health of people, it is not something simple, if they really love their profession so much as they say they should do a good job and not only see them for economic purposes. I'm not really asking for my money back, much less, that's the least of it, I hope they take advantage of it to give a better service to their patients, but unfortunately my health cannot be returned to me.
