★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente, desde que me contestaron la llamada una mujer muy grosera, hice una pregunta a lo cual me respondió muy arrogante y prepotente, agende mi cita a las 12 y resulta que llegando me dijeron que era a las 11, aún así no tenía gente esperando y pregunte si me podía atender a lo cual me negó el servicio y mencionó que tenía que agendar cita nuevamente.
Tener a una persona de la 3ra edad con esa actitud tan déspota solo genera mala impresión al cliente.
Terrible customer service, since a very rude woman answered the call, I asked a question to which she answered very arrogant and arrogant, schedule my appointment at 12 and it turns out that when they arrived they told me it was at 11, still not I had people waiting and asked if I could be attended, which denied me the service and mentioned that I had to make an appointment again.
Having a senior citizen with such a despotic attitude only makes a bad impression on the customer.
