1. Nunca contestan el teléfono, siempre suena que llama u ocupado.?
2. La última vez que fui el especialista no tenía todo el equipo de trabajo y no me hizo nada y me cobró completo.?
3. No hay una persona que esté en recepción todo el tiempo y cuando uno llega no hay nadie.
I have observations to make for the improvement of Redent's service:
1. They never answer the phone, it always rings or calls busy.
2. The last time I was the specialist, I did not have the entire work team and did nothing to me and charged me full.
3. There is not a person who is in reception all the time and when one arrives there is no one.
