★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Doctora Rocía y su personal lamentablemente carecen de profesionalismo y desconocen sus obligaciones como proveedores de servicios. Después de cuatro meses continúo sin recibir una factura que solicité por una guarda dental, que además resultó defectuosa. Tanto el personal administrativo como la Doctora Rocío han respondido de manera altanera a mis llamadas para solicitar mi factura, dando excusas y culpándome a mí por su desconocimiento de la ley. Lamento que esta clase de profesionistas que no saben ni expedir una factura electrónica y desconocen su profesión tengan un título y evadan impuestos impunemente.
 Dr. Rocía and her staff unfortunately lack professionalism and are unaware of their obligations as service providers. After four months I continue without receiving an invoice that I requested for a dental guard, which was also defective. Both the administrative staff and Dr. Rocío have responded haughtily to my calls to request my bill, giving excuses and blaming me for their ignorance of the law. I regret that this class of professionals who do not know or issue an electronic invoice and do not know their profession have a title and evade taxes with impunity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. Fui por un servicio de ortodoncia y a menos de la mitad de mi tratamiento la Dr. Ángeles Montenegro se fue y me dejó con una de sus amigas. Cabe mencionar que te atienden practicantes y que esta persona que me atendía, nunca se identificó. Además, de que me daba cita cuando ella quería y no cuando se necesitaba. El tratamiento que lleve en está clínica se puede decir que fue torpe e ineficiente, pagué 3 meses por adelantado y nunca me quisieron regresar mi dinero y mis estudios que les entregué en el inicio de mi tratamiento. Obviamente en esta clínica no se interesan por ti y sólo buscan la manera de sacarte $. Les recomiendo al Dr. César Pérez, su clínica se encuentra cerca del metro Viaducto.

Obviously in this clinic they are not interested in you and are only looking for a way to get $ from you. I recommend Dr. César Pérez, his clinic is located near the Viaducto metro.
