Pesima atenciòn desde que uno llega como si fuera uno pidiendo consultas gratis, te quieren quitar y poner resinas como si fuera uno un juguete, aparte de caro.
Terrible attention since you arrive as if you were asking for free consultations, they want to remove and put resins on you as if you were a toy, apart from being expensive.

In 2009 I got my teeth done here. I had some extensive work done. 8 crowns and a bridge. Not to mention a teeth whitening. She is very professional, fast and affordable. I have since recommended her to several people. Who have also been very satisfied.

I hate to leave a review of this dental office, as what follows, but I do not do it for myself, but for people who may have some work done here, when it is not needed. I come to Mexico once a year. For this year and previous year, I has my teeth cleaned. I checked out a couple offices online, and picked this one out as it was close to me, good ratings, and reasonable rates. I go in and before we start the cleaning, I ask the dentist to look at my teeth, and advised me of any concerns. The dentist looked and then said 1 cavity, and then after a slight hesitation, say 2 cavities, on my upper left side. Advise me new fillings would be 600 peso each. And then advised me, they wish to take an ex ray of my upper right side of a tooth, for 300 peso. This is where the concerns come in. I has my teeth looked at last year, and was advised that I had zero cavities at that time. And the last time I recall having a cavity was over 30 years ago. I have been that fortune with my teeth. So if someone is telling me I have a couple cavities with my history of having zero in 30 years, I have my concerns. So with the above circumstances I had my teeth cleaned, and forgo any cavity or X-ray work. Now I have a choice to do. I can go back to Canada, and have it looked there. Or I can choose another Dentist in Puerto Valletta to have a look at before I left. I did the second option, and I picked out the best dentist I could find, with the highest ratings. Two days later I go to this second appointment. I explained what I was told, they took a look at my teeth, and I was advised I have zero cavities. Then it was decided to do an X-ray (no extra cost) of the one tooth the previous dentist advised that should have an X-ray. No problem with that tooth. So what this comes down to I have this dentist here, tell me I have 2 cavities. I have concerns with that, and I get a second opinion two days later, and am told, that not only do I not have any cavities, I need no work done at all. I consider the actions by this dentist here to be a serious concern. To be told you have 2 cavities, with the pain that is involved by freezing, and then drilled into your teeth. Regardless of the cost, this is not a good situation. And to give confirmation of what I say is correct, you can see the receipt I received at this office, and then another receipt of another dental office 2 days later. For privacy reasons, for the office involved, I have blocked off receipt numbers, and address of second dentist, as I did not tell them I was going to post their receipt. Although I am sure they would not have a problem with that. I suggest you give it some thought if you are going to go to this office.
