★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena clinica,hay buenos doctores pero no te entregan historial clinico y las resepcionistas al cobrar te dicen todo q si y despues cuando vienes por algun documento no lo tienen q es directo con el doctor y aunq hables con los doctores q te atienden se hechan la bolita ,siento q en ese aspecto no hay seriedad en la clinica y uno va mas por nesecidad q por gusto. La administracion no hace nada aunq uno sea paciente de años

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, las enfermeras super groseras, la señorita que está en recepción super déspota, parece que el servicio te lo van a regalar......Aceptan a personas con Covid y no toman medidas para el resto de los pacientes, simplemente ahí conviven todos, super caro y para lo que pagas mejor irte al Hospital Ángeles o ABC , de verdad para mandarles a la Cofepris. Si pudiera asignarles menos 100 estrellas lo haría.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estamos en el otro centro de la clínica, un laboratorio, y ya llevamos 4 horas esperando porque no dan cita a los pacientes, si dieran cita estaría mejor y no tendría que perder mi tiempo, espero que lo tomen en cuenta, de verdad, no hemos desayunado por venir temprano y no sirvió de nada y no me puedo ir a desayunar porque según ellos en cualquier momento me pueden pasar, muy mal el seguimiento en citas, espero esté mejor su atención médica...
Su atención médica mal, la doctora Leticia Serrano se la paso platicando y respondiendo llamadas dentro de mi tiempo de consulta,una total falta de respeto, además de que me arruinó el estómago por los medicamentos que me administró tuve que ir a dar a un verdadero hospital para atenderme de emergencia ya que su medicamento me dejó peor, nunca sentí mejoría y ella solo quiso hacerme una cirugía, yo creo que por sacarme dinero, me fui y no volveré, cero recomendable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte del cardiólogo, le dio un mal diagnostico a mi abuelo, le dijo que tenía una arteria tapada y que necesitaba un cateterismo, se le pidió el resumen medico y se negó a darlo, gracias a esto a mi abuelo le entro un ataque de pánico y del miedo que le diera un infarto lo llevamos al hospital de cardiología donde le hicieron muchos estudios y le dijeron que no tenía ninguna arteria tapada que estaba muy bien, además que se comporto muy grosero como si lo estuvieran atendiendo a uno de a gratis...
