A clinic clearly more concerned with its image than with the attention to cats. When I went for an emergency, DURING ITS SUPPOSED BUSINESS HOURS, the owner (who, by the way, was NEVER PRESENT in all the times I went and is supposed to be a doctor) told me that they were in a 3-hour photo session and that they could check on my cat until they were done. I have worked in public and private hospitals (as a doctor) and I have NEVER seen a similar situation in any of these. If you are going to have a photo session I remind you that there is a weekend WHEN THEY DON'T OPEN. The supposed doctor doesn't know ANYTHING about my pet and WITHOUT ASKING ANYTHING she said "if you hold on...". Before going, call to see if they open because the hours posted here are NOT true. THEY DO NOT CREATE THEIR SUPPOSED "LOVE" PIR CATS, that is NOT having love. Terrible, terrible but terrible customer service. Answer: A glance across the conveyor is NOT a quick assessment. An assessment is NEVER done like this in any living being. If I took her 3 hours before, it was for something, and they must attend during their office hours. Thalia had already been fasting for 12 hours and it shows that she was suffering, once again that is NOT love for cats, as she also says on her page. The owner should not have made ANY comment without knowing the case. In a professional and ethical treatment you treat your patient even if you do not appear in a photo, which once again you can take on a WEEKEND OUT OF YOUR SERVICE HOURS.

It is gratifying to find a space like this clinic. My appreciation to Dr. Verónica Estrada for her professionalism, dedication, empathy and handling of my cat's complicated case. His team is equally professional, his clinic is at the highest level in terms of facilities, equipment, materials, safety and entertainment... Special spaces for consultation, ultrasound, operating room, hospital and pension make it a preferred place. Feeling that your cat receives the maximum attention, study, pampering and affection that you would give him, makes your confidence full. We went to your clinic because one of my children was sick in one eye, apparently the previous veterinarians did not give us the proper treatment and his situation worsened, when we got there Dr. Dulce treated us very kindly and was honest with the situation of my Wero, by giving us a treatment, but also explaining to us what if it did not improve, a specialist would need (information that I appreciated). Fortunately, my kitten was able to heal with the treatment and follow-up they gave him (they asked us to send photos of Wero). They know how to treat kittens in a very kind and affectionate way, and for that reason I decided to take another kitten with me, who did not have good experiences with the vet and had even already been banned from a vet ??? the doctor explained to us that there was a way to treat her in a more friendly and calm way and that was how it was, with her our experience (for us her Karen, Raúl, Wero and Pepé?) at the vet was different. Thank you very much!

I went to visit the place to know the pension area. I do not recommend at all. They keep cats almost all day in a cage, and the few hours they go out they do so in a very small space. I would never leave my cats in a boarding house like this. Answer: what I write is what they informed me during my visit, that the cats go out 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon. If that is not the case, the problem is yours for misreporting. They only use the cages to sleep? As if a cat had sleep schedules! And the space, while very clean, is extremely small, and they can't even go out into the garden. Ma'am, I have left my cats in other boarding houses, and I can assure you that yours is far from being a pleasant space for a cat.

Wonderful care! They care and take the time to make the kittens super comfortable. The diagnosis was also correct. I read some comments about how long it takes to get you an appointment and it makes all the sense in the world to me because after I start taking my kittens here, I realize that their service is excellent and that means that there is usually little space available. Keep in mind that they are NOT an emergency service, so if you want to make an appointment, it is better if you do it in advance.

The clinic is one of the best clinics I have visited in my entire life, the fact that it is specialized for cats makes the environment in it super calm, they care about the well-being of your kitty at all times from when you arrive until when he is in review and when they have to do any type of analysis, my baby was diagnosed correctly and now the results of his treatment can be seen. I definitely recommend this place!
