El personal de recepción platica enfrente de los pacientes y de los familiares como si fuera cantina (a puras maldiciones) Su "sala de espera" es una cochera con sillas plegables como si fuera kermes y en donde, además de todo, puedes encontrar una motocicleta estacionada y una camioneta de carga. Estorban la vía pública con su "estacionamiento" y con su puerta abierta. Terrible facilities. Por protocolos de covid me dieron a mi bebé dos días después de dar a luz, las enfermeras no dan indicaciones correctas y por ello no pude tener contacto con mi bebé para una lactancia oportuna. El lugar de recuperación después de un parto es solo un pasillo donde te avientan en la camilla toda mal puesta. Las enfermeras parece que te hacen un favor. Se la pasan platicando y tienen muy mala actitud. Para el tamiz auditivo te lo hacen luego luego cuando tiene que pasar por lo menos 15 días para que salga un correcto diagnóstico. Yo no lo sabía hasta que mi pediatra me lo dijo. Pésimo servicio jamás regresaría ahí. Piensen antes de caer en este lugar. The truth is very bad service. Destinan áreas exteriores a visitas para evitar aglomeraciones en recepción y evitar contagios Covid. Excellent facilities, very attentive and trained staff. They make you feel at home.
