★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bastante cuestionable su profesionalismo y experiencia. Lleve a mi perro para grooming. Dijeron que me llamarían cuando estuviera listo me dieron un hora aproximada a la que estaría. Así que me la pase esperando la llamada que nunca hicieron, decidí llamar y jamas me respondieron a los números que tienen. Por lo cual decidí ir por mi mascota y cuando llego el personal fumando y platicando afuera del local, recibo a mi mascota y sentía toda húmeda señal que no cuentan con las herramientas necesaria para el servicio, en fin la peor parte fue ver que en lugar de hacerle el corte adecuado a lo que pedí y correspondiente a la raza de mi perro decidieron rasurarle dejándole tremendo hoyo en su pelaje. Si en verdad supieran jamás le harían eso a una raza como la de mi mascota. Por lo que deduzco que las reviews publicadas por aquí podrían ser apócrifas o de gente ignorante. Si tienen perros de raza o si aman a sus mascotas recomiendo buscar otra opción.
Quite questionable his professionalism and experience. Take my dog for grooming. They said they would call me when I was ready they gave me an approximate time to what I would be. So I spent waiting for the call they never made, I decided to call and they never answered the numbers they have. So I decided to go for my pet and when the staff arrived smoking and talking outside the premises, I received my pet and felt all wet signal that they do not have the necessary tools for the service, in short the worst part was to see that instead to make the appropriate cut to what I asked and corresponding to the breed of my dog decided to shave leaving tremendous hole in his fur. If they really knew they would never do that to a breed like my pet's. So I deduce that the reviews published here could be apocryphal or ignorant people. If they have dogs of breed or if they love their pets I recommend looking for another option.
