★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es muy buena la clínica y el servicio de primera , pero porfavor Dr. Ovalle ya son 3 veces que soliictamos servicio en la noche y dejan esperando como 40 min , no es justo hay pacientes que mejor prefieren irse fuera de esto lo demás es muy bueno abrazo

Pero deberían cambiar a su pediatra, está totalmente desactualizado o páguenle un buen curso
Apenas y reviso a mi bebé, no sabe sobre alimentación complementaria y recomienda que le quite la leche materna a sus apenas 6 meses, mis 700 pesos para nada
Tuve que ir con otra pediatra
General practitioners are very good
But they should change their pediatrician, he is totally outdated or pay him a good course
I barely check on my baby, he doesn't know about complementary feeding and recommends that he stop breast milk at just 6 months, my 700 pesos for nothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de llamar para poder ir a conocer o clínica porque me recomendaron o clínica, y me dijeron q sino era paciente no podía ir porq Nezahualcóyotl era una zona muy insegura y tienen ahí pacientes … le comenté a la Srita q me respondió q Justo por eso llamaba para sacar una cita, me dijo q viera las fotos en la página porq no podía ir sino era paciente, le repetí q lo q quería es verla personalmente y posiblemente ser paciente, si fuera una amenaza a la clinica no llamaría para sacar cita y le dije q no era posible q me respondieran q lo viera en la página la fotos, (no creo q alguien vaya y pague sin antes conocer el lugar) le pedí si podía ir, sino les interesaba tenerme como paciente veía otros y me dijo, ok y colgó … Creo q con ese trato y esa mentalidad me puedo dar cuenta del trato … Pésimo, capaciten a su personal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo buscan sacarte dinero, muy poco éticos sobretodo la doctora muy inhumana. Aparte de que cuando llegamos la enfermera se nos quedó viendo muy feo. Pedimos un vaso de agua y parece que pedíamos dinero muy mala no la recomiendo si quieres ir a morirte y pagar por ello vayan ahí lo recomiendo para eso ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues si es buena clínica pero mucho de lo que dicen es verdad los medicamentos estan carísimos en manera exajerada! Y no es que uno no marque antes, es que no contestan el teléfono pareciera que lo descuelgan para que no entre la llamada y Tampoco es que no escatimen en tiempo, por qué recientemente fui faltaba una persona y enseguida yo, pues después de que saliera su último paciente para pasar ala persona que estába antes que yo tardo una hora exacta tome el tiempo. No digo que no sean buenos los doctores pero si tienen muchas fallas, hoy por ejemplo 18 de enero e tratado de comunicarme y la llamada no entra por qué tienen descolgado el teléfono! Y la atención en madrugada es otra cosa, alguna vez requerimos y la doctora en turno atendió de mala gana pareciera que le molestó que se le despertara, los enfermeros súper amables más que ella!

? Los Médicos que dan consulta dan buen servicio y atinados en el diagnóstico y para recetar los medicamentos
⭐ Le doy 3 estrellas porque espere un poco más de 2 horas en pasar a consulta, siendo que solo había un paciente adelante de mí esperándo.
? No se porque tardaron tanto tiempo en pasarme, si hubo un error por parte de la persona que estaba en recepción o a que se debe.
? Sería bueno que la persona de recepción, estuviera al pendiente de quien sigue o que hora llegó el paciente que está en la sala de espera.
? Espero se tome en cuenta la sugerencia para agilizar esa parte.
