Hablé con anticipación y expresé que buscaba una exfoliación profunda donde me extrajeran los barros e impurezas. Al momento de ir a mi cita, repetí lo que quería, y me dijeron que si ofrecían ese servicio. Lo llamaron “hidroterapia”. La verdad, yo no buscaba ni cremita ni un lavado-facial en la cara, buscaba una exfoliación. Costó 1500 pesos y su argumento fue que porque usaron un equipo especial. Al llegar a mi casa, me bastó ligeramente presionar mi nariz para notar que ningún barro e impureza fue removido, solo fui por un facial con un “equipo nuevo”, cremita y protector solar por 1500. Creo que por ser un lugar donde hay un “MD” (doctor), harían un mejor trabajo, pero próxima vez mejor me busco una cosmetologa. Me dijeron que su equipo me hizo limpieza hasta la tercer capa de la piel, pero de que les sirve si me dejan sucia la primera capa. No vengan aquí. Hi. When arriving at my house, it was enough for me to lightly press my nose to notice that no mud and impurity was removed, I only went for a facial with a "new equipment", cream and sunscreen for 1500. I think that because it is a place where there is a "MD" (doctor), they would do a better job, but next time I better look for a cosmetologist. They told me that their team cleaned me up to the third layer of the skin, but that it helps if they leave the first layer dirty. Do not come here.

La hicieron gastar en diferentes productos que por qué con eso se solucionaría todo y nunca fue así, tratan con humanos no con animales, deberían de tener cuidado y deberían de capacitar a su personal. El día de hoy dejaron a una clienta marcada y no se les ve angustia ninguna. Mal servicio Terrible service, they left my girlfriend with a skin lesion, all because on the first date the ladies who attended her never explained the care she had to take. They made it spend on different products that why would that solve everything and it was never like that, they deal with humans not animals, they should be careful and they should train their staff. Today they left a client marked and they do not see any anguish. Bad service
