Si tienes cita no llegues más de 10 minutos antes, o si lo prefieres pregunta que tanto puedes llegar temprano, los servicios tienen diferentes grados de demanda, dependiendo del día y hora.
Por la demanda servicios como pruebas rápidas y laboratorios en general conviene llegar lo más temprana posible.
Porque soy parte de los usuarios de la clínica regreso constantemente, tuve que recibir consulta en la tarde, por favor sean pacientes muy pacientes en el turno vespertino, el tiempo de espera fue muy largo, el trato humano, todos haciendo su trabajo, pero con mucha demanda el servicio, 2 horas esperando. No se desesperen por favor, el servicio y el trato lo valen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No te atienden con empatía y humanismo. Dan preferencia por extranjeros. Te llevan de un lugar a otro por cada tramite dentro del edificó y cada responsable de área te da su requisitos para que al final no te atiendan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es lamentable que el personal de dirección en específico una secretaria del turno matutino, atienda de esa manera a los pacientes, no tiene tacto y siempre esta con una cara de enojada, el día de hoy llegue a las 13:26 pm y ella salió hasta las 13:35 para entregar un documento a un paciente y dijo que no hiciéramos fila si necesitábamos cita que lo hiciéramos por la página, y le explique que yo solo requería de un sello y me dijo que ella ya había terminado su turno desde las 13:30 pm por lo que nos teníamos que esperar a las 14 hrs. Si requeríamos la atención, le comente que yo soy del turno matutino y llegue antes y dijo ya les dije y se metió con su cara de molesta. Definitivamente hay gente que no debería de atender a la gente y ella es la numero uno para estar en una oficina archivando documentos o realizando reportes.

Lo siguiente no tiene que ver con mi calificación, y cada quien es libre de pensar como quiera, pero la señora de los dulces que están saliendo de ahí hizo burlas Cerofobicas en general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toda la clínica tiene un trato y servicio excelente a excepción de los que te atienden en Farmacia. Parece que les molesta su trabajo, te entregan la medicina de malas, si olvidas llevar tu pluma para anotar en la receta te dejan a un lado hasta que terminen de atender a todos los demás, haciéndose los sordos o los que no te ven.
The entire clinic has an excellent treatment and service except for those who attend you in Pharmacy. It seems that their work annoys them, they give you the medicine in a bad way, if you forget to take your pen to write down the prescription, they leave you aside until they finish attending to all the others, pretending to be deaf or those who do not see you.

Me parece interesante e informativo el publicar esta clínica ya que no sólo sirve para poder prevenir o tratar un virus que a la fecha se ha llevado muchas vidas, sino que además ahora con lo del Covid, debemos estar más pendientes de nuestra salud, aquí hacen pruebas para el VIH (por si hubo alguna situación de riesgo) pero también son personas que por estar involucrado el sistema inmune es necesario saber y contar con la certeza de que uno se está sano o saber que hacer en caso contrario, por eso considere prudente ponerlo en el mapa para saber que existe en la CDMX una clínica especializada para virus que afectan nuestra salud ya que cuentan con las normas de control para evitar la propagación del Covid, cuidemonos tod@s.
