★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me citaron por Medio de una llamada,la cita en domingo según de mi clínica correspondiente se comprometía a trasladarme a la clínica de mama para la mastografia parecía un sueño ...que me estuvieran llamando y todavía llevarme a la clínica de mama!...que despierto !!! Me presenté el domingo y como si estuviera loca! Me dijeron que no, que no sabían nada que preguntará en urgencias ...total que el cordinador salió y me hizo preguntas ...quien la citó?, Tomó el nombre de la persona? Le dieron el formulario?... increíble!!! Después llegó una persona más también por situación similar ...ella tenía cita de consulta! Y el cordinador sólo le pregunto...no le llamaron para cambiar la cita al viernes?... salí tan confundida y decepcionada!! Va de mal en peor! Si me vuelven a llamar les mando a.. #$#$!*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui derechohabiente durante 10 años y ocupe el servicio como 5 veces en ese tiempo. Hoy vine a vacunarme vs la influenza y me negaron la vacuna. Mis familiares se vacunaron hace unos días aquí mismo y no tuvieron inconveniente. Así se las gastan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La "nutrióloga" de ésta clínica es grosera y prepotente. Cambia su plan de proceder con citas y no le informa adecuadamente a los doctores, luego los culpa de "no saber" sus cambios.
Les informo, ya que ella no lo hará: últimamente, en el turno vespertino, ya no da citas, la atención es por orden de llegada, sin distinguir en adultos mayores, niños ni bebés...a como lleguen (esto es de última hora y no se lo ha informado a los doctores, y no lo dice por ningún lugar en su "oficina"), tienes que adivinarlo, o esperar a que ella platique de su vida entera con el paciente anterior, y luego te enteras de sorpresa y con maltrato. Ya les dije.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde el mes de enero no me ha podido surtir el medicamento de nombre pregabalina de 150 mg que porque no había en existencia y no lo habían autorizado para compra ni en enero y febrero, el día 1 de marzo del 2022 me presente a consulta y al querer cambiar la receta de este medicamento en farmacia salieron con la idiotez de que ya mi protocolo había vencido siendo que este está vigente hasta agosto de este año, traje el mismo a la administración de esta unidad y resulta que no tienen sistema para dar de alta nuevamente el protocolo. Es un asco su atención.
