Excellent doctors. The only thing they should train is the receptionist. Very bad to give inf. by tel. They limit themselves to answering yes or no. Hopefully the owners put them to the test !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ los doctores solo buscan excusas para internar a las personas y cobrarles alrededor de 10 mil pesos POR NOCHE, por cualquier síntoma que sea buscan internar a las personas y ni siquiera explican los resultados de los estudios que hacen, solo te dicen que hay que internar a la persona para monitorearlos y es todo lo que te dicen, malos para atender pero muy buenos para cobrar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio mi familiar entró a Urgencias después de 5 días internada y sin dar un diagnóstico acertado, salieron después con que tenía Covid y le dieron tratamiento para el mismo, cobrando 14 mil pesos por día, y diciendo que como tenía Covid que no podían tenerla ahí, por lo que tuvimos que sacarla de ahi
pagando todo lo que nos cobraron, posteriormente a mi familiar se le hizo la prueba dando negativo, ya que lo que tenía mi familiar era algo completamente distinto a lo que nos dijeron por lo tanto los médicos de ahí cometieron negligencia en sus "diagnosticos" pésima clínica no la recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta clínica no tiene nada de seriedad. El Doctor Mario Cruz Magallanes (traumatólogo) tiene cero profesionalismo con las citas. En una ocasión, un familiar tuvo que esperarlo 2 horas, y eso que tenia cita, para ser atendido. Después, ese mismo familiar llegó a la cita 15 minutos tarde, y el Doctor ya no quería atenderlo. A todos los pacientes los cita a las 11, pero, obviamente no atiende a todos a la misma hora. En adicional, se realizó otra cita con este Doctor, cuando llegó a la cita mi familiar, se le informó que el doctor se había ido de vacaciones. Es decir, su asistente no sirve para nada, ni el.
This clinic is not serious at all. Doctor Mario Cruz Magallanes (orthopedist) has zero professionalism with appointments. On one occasion, a relative had to wait 2 hours for him, even though he had an appointment, to be seen. Later, that same family member arrived for the appointment 15 minutes late, and the Doctor no longer wanted to attend him. He makes appointments for all the patients at 11 o'clock, but obviously he does not see all of them at the same time. In addition, another appointment was made with this Doctor, when my relative arrived for the appointment, he was informed that the doctor had gone on vacation. I mean, his assistant is useless, not even him.
