Excellent hemodialysis clinic, it has the best facilities and the best care in Mérida. The rooms are private and have TV with Netflix. The doctors are the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice cita con 3 semanas de anticipación y no tuvieron la precaución de anotar y mientras no me dieron el servicio. Pésimo servicio por parte de Natalie la secretaria 2 veces hable con ella y en la última hasta me confirme que era catéter no fistula.
I made an appointment with 3 weeks in advance and were careful not to score and while I did not get the service. Lousy service by Natalie Secretary 2 times talk to her last until I confirm it was no fistula catheter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to Merida for a 9!days and we set it up an appointment for 3 sessions, my husband was a little bit worried, because is in Mexico and asked me how will be the service there compared with San Diego.
I said, I have not idea, but based on the reviews looks like will be good.
So the first session was on Monday December 3rd we showed up pretty early around 7:30 am, they opened at 7:45 and right away the nurse took my husband to dialises , they didn’t let me stay in the room, but they let me check that my husband was okay, so I walked in to the room and I can say is a room for each patient, they have new machines, television and internet, my husband was really happy with the place and the employees, the other 2 sessions when pretty good for my husband, he really like the place. He said that this place was better then in USA , because is more individual service. He loved!!
Totally recommend it if you need to have dialysis and you looking for a place, this one can be a good place to stop. Apart of this , while I was waiting for my husband I crossed the street and is near the Altabrisas Mall. So I got really entertained.
