 Terrible attention at the window, more than 3 hours trained, they open from 7:30 am to 7:00 pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. El sistema de salud del IMSS es una verdera tragedia. En el área de urgencia sólo atiende un medico. Personas que llegan por accidentes laborales tardan más de 4 horas en pasar. Y adentro las enfermeras se la pasan en el celular.
Terrible service. The IMSS health system is a real tragedy. In the emergency area only a doctor attends. People who arrive due to work accidents take more than 4 hours to pass. And inside the nurses pass it on their cell phones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No le pongo menos estrellas en porque no se puede.. llevo 4 horas esperando en urgencias pregunté si era ahí donde me podían atender y me dijeron que si estoy esperando y ya que por fin me llaman resulta que no me pueden atender porque no estoy registrada en esa clínica y entonces p que me dicen que si es ahí tres horas antes gracias por hacerme perder mi tiempo
I don't put less stars on it because it's not possible... I've been waiting for 4 hours in the emergency room I asked if that was where they could see me and they told me that if I'm waiting and since they finally call me it turns out that they can't see me because I'm not registered in that clinic and then why do they tell me that if it is there three hours before thank you for wasting my time
