★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the clinic for a covid-19 antigen test which I needed to board my return flight to the USA. The clinic emailed the results within 12 hours as promised. The email had the correct details in the body of the text, but at the airport I discovered the attachment with the official form had someone else's name on it, so I could not board my flight. The clinic did not respond to my urgent phone calls or emails
