★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, mal diagnóstico. Tuvimos que ir con otro médico el mismo día y resulta que la situación era diferente y más sencilla. Solo nos hicieron comprar medicamentos caros.
Terrible service, bad diagnosis. We had to go to another doctor the same day and it turns out that the situation was different and easier. They only made us buy expensive drugs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui por una crisis emocional, angustia y entumecido de manos, el doctor muy amable me explico lo que me estaba pasando y le explico a mi familiar a distancia, también nos dios la recomendación de que estudios hacerme después, me ingresaron por 3 horas y quede sumamente agradecida con el trato y la evolución favorable que tuve. Muchas gracias doctor.
I went through an emotional crisis, anguish and numbness of hands, the very kind doctor explained to me what was happening to me and explained to my family member at a distance, we also God recommended that studies be done later, they admitted me for 3 hours and stay extremely grateful for the treatment and the favorable evolution that I had. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve hace poco a un pariente. Se tuvo que quedar la noche y el servicio fue PESIMO. Aparte de que me mintieron (me dijeron que el cuarto estaba en $1,250 la noche) terminaron cargandome a la cuenta $10,000 pesos mas...aparte del deposito de $3,000 que ya habia dejado(que me habian dicho que con eso se saldaba. Y aparte no le dieron nada de comer (estando alli mas de 24 hrs y no era porque no podia comer). El doctor se veia buen doctor pero NO...solo se aprovecho de nuestra situación de urgencia (ya que se cobro su buen dinero para lo que era). Tenia en la mente regresar pero despues de ese aprovechamiento y servicio, recomiendo 1000 veces que vayan al Hospital Victoria (por el mismo precio, mejor ubicación y servicio).

Apart from that they lied to me (they told me that the room was at $ 1,250 a night) they ended up charging me $ 10,000 pesos more ... apart from the deposit of $ 3,000 that I had already left (I had been told that this was paid off. Me dijeron que llegaba en 20 minutos espere 50 minutos y no llegaba, para ese entonces mi tempratura ya estaba a 39.5 ! Asi suceden las negligencias medicas, mucho ojo a donde se dirigen de manera urgente, termine yendo a otra clinica a mi suerte,
