En recepción hay dos personas canalizando a los pacientes, también hay un asistente colocando gotas a las personas a quién se les debe dilatar la pupila. Si no llevas gafas oscuras, te facilitan unas. Ya que estás listo, tu acompañante te lleva al lugar donde te van a realizar el estudio o la intervención y mientras eres atendido, el paga en caja y regresa a la sala de espera hasta que lo vuelven a llamar cuando tú ya acabaste y ya pueden retirarse. Afuera hay personal de vigilancia, cuidando de tu seguridad y la de los vehículos. Todo muy bien organizado.
