Llame por teléfono y la Sra de admisión me dejó colgada en el teléfono 30 mint para mandarme un correo, después de solo decirme cada 10 mint “sigo con usted”. La última vez me dijo que ya me mandaba el correo pero es que su computadora se estaba reiniciando que la esperara. 30 mint para reiniciar una computadora!!!! Además todo el tiempo se escuchaba cuando estaba platicando con su compañera e incluso se escuchó como intentaron marcar hasta que se dieron cuenta que ya había alguien en la línea dije bueno y me dijeron sigo con usted es que aún no funciona mi correo.
Terrible service, I requested information by mail and after a month they did not respond to me.
