★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad muy decepcionada de este lugar. Llegamos aquí por recomendación para que le diera terapia la Lic. Matena, directora del lugar. Y le hizo su evaluación, desde el principio le dijimos que queríamos que fuera ella. Porque el Doctor nos recomendó con ella. A lo que dice que si, que ella y una psicóloga estarían a cargo de mi niña. Cuando llega el día de su terapia nos dice su secretaria que no podría la Directora y nos manda a otro terapeuta. (Finalmente había hecho su labor de venta $2200 por una revisión) Posterior eran 3 meses para su valoración y ellos no sabían, les mande mensaje y pasaron 4 meses para su revaloracion. Y de mal en peor la Directora, nos dio a medias la información, para terminar con un “si tienen dudas me avisan y lo vemos” pero para cobrar están buenos, de eso fueron más de ($1800) No vale ni eso su revaloracion. NO LE INTERESAN LOS PACIENTES, BUSQUEN OTRO LUGAR. POCO PROFESIONALES Y MUY CARO PARA LAS VALORACIONES TAN POBRES
The truth is very disappointed in this place. We came here by recommendation so that Lic. Matena, director of the place, could give him therapy. And she did her evaluation, from the beginning we told her that we wanted her to be her. Because the Doctor recommended us to her. To which she says yes, that she and a psychologist would be in charge of my girl. When the day of his therapy arrives, his secretary tells us that the Director could not and sends us to another therapist. (He had finally done his job of selling $ 2200 for a review) Later it was 3 months for their assessment and they did not know, I sent them a message and 4 months passed for their revaluation. And from bad to worse, the Director gave us half the information, to end with “if you have doubts, let me know and we will see it” but to collect they are good, of that they were more than ($ 1800) Its revaluation is not worth even that. HE IS NOT INTERESTED IN PATIENTS, LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE. UNDER PROFESSIONALS AND VERY EXPENSIVE FOR SO POOR VALUATIONS
