★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio empieza desde la recepción, desafortunadamente quien atiende es muy grosera y prepotente, deberian poner atención y poner a alguien con disposición y servicio, sobre todo que esté consciente que va a tratar con mucha gente, quien atiende hoy (26/12/2021) da algo más que pésimo servicio!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar y médicos, lo único malo es la recepción, les comento solo para que vean el porque de mi opinión el día 9/12/2021 fui a consulta con mi niño de apenas 1 año tenia fiebre eran 5 AM y obviamente le recetaron medicamento y todo era una infección, el tarde noche no le quería bajar su infección y fuimos para que lo revaloraran y la recepcionista bien grosera dijo que no podía atendernos la doctora que porque estaba en una cirugía y además que porque no le tocaba su revisión hasta el domingo 11/12/2021 y le preguntamos si no se podia pasar con otro doctor a revisión y dijo que no tuvimos que ir a buscar otro consultorio a las 9 pm andamos con mi hijo buscando médico hasta que dimos con uno, pero encerio la sra recepcionista se portó muy grosera y la verdad no tenía cabeza para discutir con ella 1ro era la salud de mi hijo encerio que pésima actitud y servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención en recepción, hoy domingo fui y al tocar el timbre espero a que me abran y nada después de un rato alguien dentro grita está abierto, bueno pasa pero luego al pagar mi consulta me dicen que no hay cambio de forma grosera me pide que yo cambié el billete, y sigue gritando cambie el billete yo no tengo cambio, así me grito varias veces la recepcionista, y le pregunté de forma amable si tenía terminal y no me contestó por qué seguía gritando que " yo tenía que cambiar el billete", decidí buscar otro lugar, pues si voy al médico es por qué no me siento bien, uno está pidiendo un servicio, y si desde recepción te tratan así que esperar de los médicos, jamás vuelvo a ir y no lo recomiendo

te piden que agendes una cita y no llevan orden citan a todos a la misma hora, más de 1 hora esperando a que empiecen a atender por qué su doctora no llega puntual la cita era a las 7 una hora esperando y no llega la doctora, contraten doctores responsables.
Por cierto su despachador de gel antibacterial no funciona, dos días seguidos que vengo (uno a sacar cita y el otro a estar horas esperando para pasar a consulta que había echo cita) y no despacha gel note que los pacientes le hacen mención a recepción y se hacen los desentendidos.
