Quiero expresar mi experiencia ya que considero que es importante y que espero que pueda servir para los clientes que consideren este lugar ... Un familiar interno a mi abuela por lo que yo apoye una tarde a cuidar al paciente No niego que la atención de las enfermeras y de un doctor en especial fue buena y que gracias a ese esfuerzo mejoró mi abuela pero ese buen trato del personal se vio opacado por la mala actitud del doctor que es el “dueño” o “algo a si” resulta que me comento la “secretaria” que es la esposa del doctor quien tuvo cero Ética profesional que no se había hecho el deposito de $10,000 por lo que me dispuse a investigar con mi tía quien era quien internó a mi abuela el porque no se había hecho aún el pago Al final le comenté a la Srita que se haría el pago más tarde o que si aceptaban tarjeta de crédito que con mucho gusto hacía el pago por lo que respondo que solo efectivo aceptan... eso es extraño que un hospital particular no acepten tarjetas de crédito pero bueno ... yo comenté que hoy quedaba ese pago De ahí yo pregunté cuánto cobran el día o la noche del paciente y me comento la Srita que el día cama es de $500 Y fue de ok y pregunté cómo manejan aquí el hospital ósea si dan detalles de lo que se le hace al paciente para saber los costos para saber el porqué de cada cosa que le pongan o hagan al paciente Y me dijeron que si que si dan detalles de lo que se le hace y cuánto fue el costo ... Cabe aclarar que fui muy educado en preguntar y que estaban en su derecho en decirme que no podían darme detalles ya que yo no fui el responsable del paciente pero no fue a si ellos me dijeron que si me daban detalles ... Al poco tiempo el “dueño” Me llamo a su oficina y me dijo que ellos no trabajan y a si que ellos no dan detalles y que me iban a sacar a mi paciente de su clínica Y que el veía que no estábamos de acuerdo con el costo de la hospitalización Lo que es mentira como lo expliqué en la parte de arriba ... Le comenté que si no podía pagar mi tía que pagaba yo que eso no es problema Y ps dije que ellos no trabajan por dinero Entonces es como ósea si no me quejo por lo que me estás cobrando por que quieres correr a mi abuela esta enferma y te voy a pagar que clase de clínica corre a sus pacientes .... Comento que iban a hacer unas llamadas para el cambio de hospital al regional o al militar o a otro hospital privado pues parece ser que se ofendió mucho el doctor por pedir detalles de los costos de todo lo que hacen al paciente y ps ya no querían atender a mi abuela. Yo igual de la misma forma educada le pedí perdón si lo dije de una forma incorrecta que no era mi intención haberlo ofendido y que ignorara mi petición pues tenía razón tal vez no debí de pedir detalles al final de dar de alta a un paciente pedir el porque la cuenta de las cosas que se hicieron ... Comenté que ignorara mi comentario y que nada que sigan atendiendo Por lo que el doctor de forma negativa se negó rotundamente en atender más al paciente y ps nos corrio por que eso es lo qué pasó a las 7 de la noche Imagínense un paciente que no puede respirar bien Que necesitaba cuidados Y que se le iba a pagar de todas formas Nos corrio y no le importo la salud de esa persona Por que de forma muy arrogante dijo Tengo muchos pacientes y 2 cirugías por lo que no necesito calentarme la cabeza con esto En verdad gente no hice nada más que preguntar si al final de todo dan detalles de los costos de todo lo que se le hizo al paciente Y se ofendió muchísimo no descarto que sean buenos las enfermeras y otro doctor Pero el dueño es muy arrogante y anti profesional en correr a un paciente y más en la noche sabiendo que sería dificil encontrar que recibieran al paciente en la noche A si que piénselo si trae su enfermo y si pide detalles se van a ofender y los van a correr con todo y enfermo Muy mala experiencia Y que tristeza que un médico se sienta dios cuando no lo es No tiene atención al cliente por que resuelta que el saber los detalles es ser muy exigente Créanme 100 veces mejor la del Carmen que este hospital
