C	Carlos Garcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de hablar por teléfono a la clínica (17:58 hrs) y la recepcionista muy muy muy grosera hable con el fin de sacar una cita para mi hija con la ginecóloga...la cual me comentó que tenía para el día siguiente a las 19 hrs le dije que estaba bien y me colgó el teléfono sin antes tomarme los datos ni nada .... volví a comunicarme para comentarle y me agende y al momento de pedirle su nombre para reportarla por su grosería me dice que no está autorizada para proporcionar su nombre... sin embargo apenas vaya a consultar la reportare con la persona pertinente ..... por eso me imagino que espantada a los pacientes con una atención como está..... ?????????????? Recomiendo altamente el área de pediatría con el Dr. Elmer. I am going to give it five stars because in my experience my wonderful daughters have attended from the consultations with the fabulous Dr. Elmer Pool, to surgery to one of them. I highly recommend the area of pediatrics with Dr. Elmer.

Cuando vas a recoger resultados te hace esperar una hora para que te diga, llame mañana (ya llegó el estudio pero no sé dónde lo pusieron mis compañeros). Llamas y resulta que tú no entregaste la muestra hace mes y medio y te llamaron pero jamás contestaste. Appalling. A secretary for all the doctors, you give them your studies and they lose them.
