He made a house call to our condo within three hours of our outreach. He checked my friend's vitals, talked through where/what may have caused the issue, how far along she was towards recovery, and gave her a prescription (that was easily fillable at the supermercado.) Cost was around 1,000 pesos. Well worth the peace of mind and ability to enjoy the rest of our visit.

I immediately heard about about Dr. Chris and reached out to him via WhatsApp (info on the website), and he responded quickly and promptly. Offered his telemedicine services at a great price. He speaks wonderful English, which is a huge plus! He told me exactly what I needed and I was on my way. It feels good to know that, especially as a tourist, I had someone who I could trust! Don't hesitate to reach out to Dr. Chris if you have anything that needs medical attention. He can see you in his office via appointment, or can Skype or video chat if it's something that can be done virtually, like my sunburn.

He was able to perform a house visit within an hour of contacting the Clinic. The rates were very fair and we felt so well looked after in a foreign place (not speaking the language etc). He also stayed in touch with us through out our visit, checking in with our progress and well-being. Long story short- if you also need a generalist Dr whilst in Tulum, we highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Thanks again soooo much Dr. Christoph!!

My partner strained his back a couple weeks before we came and needed some help as he could hardly get out of bed. We saw the doctor for a 20 minute appointment and he gave us a couple prescriptions for the pain and swelling and let us know we're to get them filled and the dosage. He is feeling better and slowly on the mend!
