Me ofreció ponerme una inyección para el tratamiento o recetarme una crema; la primera consulta me costo 500 pesos con la medicina, pero de nada servia la medicina que me recetaron, mejor vallan a otro consultorio o en su defecto que no los atienda el dr Lopez.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es buena clínica a mi parecer, antes de la consulta hacen un chequeo completo toman tu peso y presión, el costo de la consulta corresponde al trato que te dan además de dale seguimiento a tu caso si así lo requiere generalmente sin costó extra. El único contra es que a veces debes esperar mucho para tu consulta, también cuenta con un dentista y otros especialistas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una clínica que tiene muchos recursos, pero no sirve de nada si no te ofrecen un trato humanitario. El Dr. López es prepotente, grosero, sin tacto. Es un persona a la que parece sólo importarle el dinero y mandarte a hacer más de un estudio innecesario.
Si asisten, pidan que los atienda otro médico, uno que sí ejerza su profesión con respeto a sus pacientes y con calidad humana.
It is a clinic that has many resources, but it is useless if they do not offer you humane treatment. Dr. López is pushy, rude, tactless. He is a person who seems to only care about money and send you to do more than one unnecessary study.
If they attend, ask to be treated by another doctor, one who does practice his profession with respect for his patients and with human qualities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima comunicación del personal. 30 minutos esperando a una consulta con previa reservación y nadie salió a informarme nada. Hasta 30 minutos después salieron con "ay el Dr dice q otros 20 minutos o q sino reagende". Como si uno tuviera todo el tiempo del mundo.
Entiendo que están a merced de lo que diga el especialista, pero no tienen ni un poco de atención para ir avisando a las personas q se encuentran esperando.
Éramos clientes de hace años pero la atención del personal siempre está dejando que desear. Ya no regresaremos.
Terrible communication from the staff. 30 minutes waiting for a consultation with prior reservation and nobody came out to tell me anything. Up to 30 minutes later they came out with "oh the doctor says another 20 minutes or else reschedule". As if one had all the time in the world.
I understand that they are at the mercy of what the specialist says, but they do not have a bit of attention to warn the people who are waiting.
