Para la prueba del tamiz auditivo sacamos cita, al llegar a la hora indicada, nos dijeron que debíamos esperar, sin embargo, la espera fue de más de una hora y no nos informaron del porqué. Entiendo que puede haber retrasos, sin embargo estamos hablando de niños y recién nacidos que merecen todo el respeto
Terrible attention. We made an appointment for the hearing screening test, when we arrived at the indicated time, they told us that we had to wait, however, the wait was more than an hour and they did not inform us why. I understand that there may be delays, however we are talking about children and newborns who deserve all the respect
