Y para el como un letrero en la recepción que dice que favor de agendar una cita por que el tiempo del personal de la clínica es valioso y el de uno como paciente que... S	Sandra Salazar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, tenía cita a las 5, se llegaron las 6:30 y seguian sin pasarme, pasaron primero a consulta a alguien antes que llego después de mi y sin cita y cuando le comentamos a la de recepcion, nos dije "apoco no habían pasado" nisiquiera tiene idea de lo que hace allí. Decidimos mejor retirarnos, es una falta de respeto hacer perder así el tiempo. La señorita de recepcion necesita mucha capacitación. L	Laura Covarrubias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala organización en recepción, y muy irresponsables para con sus pacientes tengo un mes de que llegaron mis resultados de análisis que me hice, me los iban a mandadar por correo electrónico les eh llamado como una 10 veces pidiendo que porfavor me manden mis resultados xq los necesito y me urge saber el resultado, desps de haber ido como 3 o 4 veces que me habían dicho que ya habían llegado y nada puras vueltas envano, no soy de ahí cerquita así que es tiempo, y dinero perdido ...y salí del país y ahora tengo llamándoles para que me den ya mi resultados y es fecha que no me mandan ni me dicen nada eh sido muy paciente y amable con ellas pero ellas no han tenido una pizca de amabilidad, educación, consideración y repeto para uno de paciente..uno no puede estar ahí sentado td el día o.tds los días esperando a ver si lo van a atender tiene uno una vida, trabajo y reaposabilidades..estoy muy decepcionada, no creo.que le cueste nada subir una foto con los resultados a la recepcionista y mandarlo, a sólo que no sepa hacer eso. En fin que puedo decir aparte de lo molesta que estoy son muy desorganizadas, e irresponsables. Si se dice la cita un día y a cierta hra, o si se dice la entrega para tal día ese día se tiene que hacer...estan desprestigiado la clínica, no es la 1ra ves que me pasa esto y no sólo a mi sino a mi familia tamb pero si será la última....Yo no recomiendo este lugar a solo que no les importe que les cancelen citas estando ya en la clínica, que demoren más de lo normal en la entrega de sus diagnósticos,y que tengan que ser demasiado insistentes para ver si alguien se dignan en entregarte un estudio por el que tu ya pagaste.....a lo mejor ese es el problema no deberíamos pagar ninguna estudio o.consulta hasta que se entreguen los.reaultados. Si no.de nada sirve el habérselo hecho. R	Rodrigo Mestas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En la consulta de mi señora se le dió a conocer los resultados de sus estudios ginecológicos con panorama positivo y que no sufría ningún tipo de problema, dos semanas después se hizo otros estudios en otro lado y resultó que tenía varios quistes que le occasilnaban un dolor y una incertidumbre grave. No, no recomiendo esta clínica. Aparte de que cuando se dió a conocer los resultados fue de una manera poco ética, nada diría yo. Decepción. Y	Yoni Villegas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al paciente!!! 1- la doctora tenia musica de Leo Dan muy fuerte. 2- entro al consultorio una enfermera y una amiga de la doctora al mismo tiempo que me estaba atendiendo a mi, se metieron de lleno al chisme mientras la doctora me hacia un ultrasonido por embarazo. 3- en ningún momento la doctora se tomo el tiempo para explicarme como se estaba desarrollando el bebe, ya que el chisme estaba mas interesante. 4- al final solo me dijo que el bebe estaba bien y que pasara a recepción por los resultados ? El paciente paga por la consulta asi que merece que su tiempo con el doctor sea placentero, respetuoso y sobretodo privado sin mas personal dentro del consultorio!!!! Lastima que tengan la mejor tecnología pero tan pobre servicio y atención al paciente!!!
