Nuestra experiencia desde 1995 como psicólogos en hospitales y centros de salud nos ha facilitado aprender mucho sobre el sufrimiento humano. Sin embargo, el trabajo en Clínica Moreno – Psicólogos Murcia nos ha permitido gozar de la libertad de tratar al paciente según nuestro mejor entendimiento de la profesión de psicólogo. Esto no habría sido posible, por supuesto, sin la confianza depositada por nuestros pacientes a lo largo de los años. Nuestros ocho libros son una forma, entre otras, de dar a conocer cómo entendemos el sufrimiento psicológico y las principales técnicas de tratamiento que utilizamos, así como los principios científicos en los que se apoyan. Entendemos que es una forma de devolver a la comunidad parte de lo que hemos aprendido escuchando a nuestros pacientes, sesión a sesión.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal amable y atento, las habitaciones aulgunas son sencillas pero son cómodas tanto para el paciente y familiares, cuenta con TV y aire acondicionado, control remoto, sillones de descanso para el familiar, baño dentro de las habitaciones.
 Friendly and attentive staff, some rooms are simple but comfortable for both the patient and family, it has a TV and air conditioning, remote control, lounge chairs for the family member, bathroom inside the rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque la fachada ofrece a primera vista una pequeña clínica, en el interior se puede observar que es mucho más amplia y cuenta con área de consultorios, rayos X, quirofanos y área de recuperación. Como paciente de cirugía en la misma obtuve una atención inicial rápida y un diagnóstico acertado por parte del medico tratante, sin embargo en el periodo de recuperación pude notar algunos detalles que no fueron favorables para sentirme completamente satisfecho con el servicio, siendo el primero una revisión inconstante por parte de las enfermeras (En otras clínicas y hospitales las revisiones post-operaciones son de dos a tres veces al día) mientras que en el lugar solo hacían una visita y se tenia que estar solicitando al personal que la efectuarán, así mismo los médicos de guardia daban instrucciones que llegaban a ser contradictorias entre si y el medico tratante no llegaba a la hora que señalaba (incluso para las consultas de seguimiento), por lo que a perspectiva personal le resta valor de atención al paciente. Referente al costo de operación y estudios es elevado en comparación con otras instituciones privadas para operaciones de naturaleza similar.

As a surgical patient, I obtained a quick initial attention and a correct diagnosis by the attending physician, however in the recovery period I could notice some details that were not favorable to feel completely satisfied with the service, the first being a review inconstant on the part of the nurses (In other clinics and hospitals the post-operative reviews are two to three times a day) while in the place they only made one visit and they had to be requesting the staff to carry it out, as well as On-call doctors gave instructions that became contradictory to each other and the attending physician did not arrive at the time he indicated (even for follow-up consultations), so that from a personal perspective it detracts from the value of patient care. Regarding the cost of operation and studies, it is high compared to other private institutions for operations of a similar nature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuimos con el dr benigno moreno, pediatra "neonatologo" y lo pongo entre comillas por qué no es profesional, las instalaciones huelen a viejo, la persona que me facturó, lo hizo mal y no me lo quisieron corregir... Nunca vayan... Los médicos son del IMSS así que sale igual... Solo buscan sacar dinero de más por qué tienen plaza del imss

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo está clínica para nada, la señora que se encuentra en administración con mala cara, parece que te está regalando la estancia en el hospital, te cobran excesivamente de más y sería comprensible si las instalaciones fueran buenas, pero todo lo contrario. Durante nuestra estancia el clima de la habitación no funcionaba, hablamos para que lo checaran y según quedó listo y 10 minutos después otra vez no sacaba aire, el dispensador de jabón o gel antibacterial no servían, los baños no tenían agua, la televisión apenas se veía, en fin, pésima clínica, 0 recomendada.
I do not recommend this clinic at all, the lady who is in administration with a bad face, it seems that she is giving you a stay in the hospital, they charge you excessively and it would be understandable if the facilities were good, but quite the opposite. During our stay the climate in the room did not work, we spoke to have it checked and as it was ready and 10 minutes later again it did not draw air, the soap or antibacterial gel dispenser did not work, the bathrooms had no water, the television barely worked I saw, in short, terrible clinic, or recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala clínica hace dos días lleva a mi mamá que iba con dolor. Según que un especialista la estaba esperando cuando llegamos solo avían enfermeros y le programaron una cirugía. Sin nosotros saber cuál era su problema desidimos sacarla de hay la llevamos a otra clínica y nos dijeron que lo k tenía no era de cirugía. Y solo por tenerla hay como 3 horas nos cobraron 7,500
