★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy asistí a urgencias ya que mi hija llevaba dolor de oído, cabe mencionar que mi hija es derecho habiente, ingrese a las instalaciones con mi hija llorando y gritando que le dolía su oído, resulta que de principio las enfermeras me preguntaron cuanto pesaba y cuanto media mi hija, lo cual con exactitud yo no se, LO CUAL ES SU TRABAJO Y OBLIGACIÓN PESAR Y MEDIR, le revisaron su oído y me dijeron que no tenia nada y que esperara afuera mientras me llamaban para que pasara con el DR (a), mi hija se tranquilizo unos minutos y nuevamente otra vez con los gritos y que le dolía su oído, 30 minutos después al ver que mi hija no dejaba de llorar y que el personal de urgencias nada mas no nombraban a mi hija , decidí pedir mi credencial para retirarme e ir a el hospital que esta en calzada de la virgen, me dan la credencial de mi hija y me dicen es que ya la íbamos a pasar, si ser grosera y sin gritar tome la credencial y dije, van a esperar a que mi hija se vote al piso del dolor para poder pasarla, tenia mucho que no iba a este lugar porque no es la primera vez que llevo a mi hija de urgencia y me atienden 1 o 2 horas después, no se si alguien ha sentido un dolor de oído alguna vez, pero es algo insoportable, tanto como un dolor de muela, ahora si uno como adulto no soporta aveces los dolores, quisiera que pensaran un poco en una niña de 3 años, realmente me molesta la ineptitud o negligencia de estas personas, lo cual me queda claro que no están capacitadas para estar en el área de urgencias, no se si también dejarían en espera a sus hijos o a sus familiares como dejaron a mi hija quejándose del dolor pero considero que estas personas no tienen vocación, no tenia tiempo para poner una queja, ya que mi hija es y en ese momento era lo mas importante y me retire de inmediato al hospital naval, donde me atendieron enseguida y me dijeron que tenia mi hija, realmente no recomiendo el área de urgencias de la clínica ya que es muy decadente e ineficiente y si asistí a este lugar es porque es el mas cercano a mi domicilio, pero sin duda deja mucho que desear, el gobierno les paga por atender a los derecho habientes de los militares, no están trabajando de gratis y si no les gusta su trabajo, créame que hay muchas personas capacitadas que están desempleadas, mi marido arriesga su vida todos los días para que su familia tenga un beneficio medio de calidad, mas sin embargo, tratan a las personas como si les hicieran un favor.
