Pero la del personal que atiende el teléfono para sacar citas sí me dejó un poco insatisfecha, primero no contestaban o tardaban 30 minutos en responder mis mensajes lo cuál para mí fue entendible pero ya a la hora de confirmar la cita me demoré 5 minutos en hacerlo y me empezaron a presionar sin si quiera notificarme que ya había quedado agendada la cita, no me dieron ni el nombre del doctor que me iba a atender ?. Cuando llegué a la clínica me lo preguntaron y yo ni sabía con qué doctor iba, esperé al rededor de 45 minutos a pesar de sacar cita pero por lo menos la atención del doctor Alberto valió la pena.
The doctor's care seemed excellent and very patient. But the staff that answers the phone to make appointments did leave me a little dissatisfied, first they didn't answer or they took 30 minutes to answer my messages, which was understandable for me, but when it came time to confirm the appointment it took me 5 minutes to do so. and they started to pressure me without even notifying me that the appointment had already been scheduled, they didn't even give me the name of the doctor who was going to see me ?. When I arrived at the clinic they asked me and I didn't even know which doctor I was going with. I waited around 45 minutes despite making an appointment, but at least Dr. Alberto's attention was worth it.
