It is a very good clinic, it has all the services that the person needs to know how their eyes are, it has been a week that my mother had cataract surgery and the truth is they treated her very well, there are no complaints and my mother already sees better than Before, if one does the care properly as the doctor explains, everything will go well as my mother did. You just have to wait for the other to be operated on and his eyesight will already be much better and what better than at the optavision clinic ?

The care I received was excellent, the staff was very professional at all times, they made me feel very comfortable and satisfied with the services they gave me, without a doubt it will be the clinic I attend whenever my vision requires it.

Terrible service at the reception or at the entrance, the girl does not do her job well, I arrived at 7:45, 15 minutes before my appointment, when the clinic opened (it was closed) they made us sit down and wait since the equipment would still turn them on , the reception calls the first ones who were seated (they arrived with us) at 8:30 and they still haven't called me but more people arrive and attend to them, so I stood up and told the lady that my appointment was at 8 AM and it's 8:30 there he asks me for my ine and points me, I got angry and told him that they should do their job well, then he answers that he can reschedule the appointment, hey I already spent gas, time and I asked permission to come to work for god.. Terrible service.

Excellent service and attention from the staff, however in my case during a post-operative check-up I was summoned at one hour along with all the others who had been operated on from previous weeks and for obvious reasons if you were not the first to arrive you would have to wait for hours in a corridor exposed to the various elements of the environment and worse still with one or both eyes recovering from an operation.
