Mientras no le sea posible a la clínica designar una persona únicamente para contestar el teléfono de dicha área, le sugeriría que eliminé de su directorio tal extensión (evidentemente no esperaba que me atendieran las personas encargadas de realizar los estudios.) Por lo demás, no he encontrado problema alguno.
