★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día viernes 25 de agosto llame a las instalaciones para saber si ya había personal para poder ofrecernos una consulta ya que nos habían informado que se fueron un mes de vacaciones, cuando me contestaron me dijeron que si pero en la tarde, posterior mente en la tarde volví a marcar para confirmar si era cierto y recalque que era para una cita, y igual me dijeron que si.
Cuando llegamos ahí en la recepción nos mandaron a preguntar por un doctor, y nos dijo que teníamos que anotarnos en una lista de espera y que con suerte nos podían atender en un lapso de 1 a 3 meses, obviamente yo le dije al doctor que urgía la cita ya que se trataba de una operación y ya el dolor es muy intenso, por lo que nos dijo que lo sentía pero tenían mucha gente en espera y lo mas gracioso es que no había nada de gente y los doctores estaban platicando cálidamente en un consultorio, esto me hizo enojar bastante y le recalque que yi había llamado y me habían dicho que ya nos podían atender para una cita, por lo que el doctor se indigno y me dijo que me fuera a otra clínica donde me podrían atender mas rápido, y yo le dije que entonces no hicieran perder el tiempo a la gente que vive lejos, que mejor me hubieran dicho que nos atendían otro día y no gastar pasajes y ir a perder el tiempo.

When we got there at the reception they sent us to ask for a doctor, and he told us that we had to sign up on a waiting list and that hopefully they could see us in a period of 1 to 3 months, obviously I told the doctor that I was urgent the appointment since it was an operation and the pain is already very intense, so he told us he was sorry but they had many people waiting and the funny thing is that there were no people at all and the doctors were talking warmly in a office, this made me quite angry and I emphasized that I had called and they had told me that they could attend us for an appointment, so the doctor was outraged and told me to go to another clinic where they could attend me faster, And I told him that then they should not waste the time of the people who live far away, that they would have better told me that they would attend us another day and not waste tickets and go waste time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precios bastante accesibles pero a cambio, tienen una pésima, pero pésima organización. Las que trabajan allí cada quien va por su lado, la caja para pagar abre bien tardísimo, te tienen esperando una eternidad. El proceso burocrático es un dolor de cabeza. Y más ahora con que si te registran o si ya estabas registrado. Todos nadamás se andan pasando la bolita y uno anda allí nomás yendo de un lado a otro sin resolverte nada.
