★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible servicio, realicé cita e indiqué que venía solo a esa consulta (3 horas de viaje) y al llegar me cancelaron porque no contesté el teléfono el mismo día de la cita ( no tenía señal en carretera). Nunca me avisaron de su política de cancelación. Llegue y no me dieron el servicio aún cuando reitere el tiempo que invertí en llegar?
Terrible service, I made an appointment and indicated that I came alone for that consultation (3 hours of travel) and when I arrived they canceled me because I did not answer the phone the same day as the appointment (I had no road sign). They never advised me of their cancellation policy. I arrived and they did not give me the service even when I reiterated the time I invested in arriving?

Terrible service, don't waste your time going or making an appointment. The women who work there are terrible. If you don't like your job, you shouldn't work there. don't go don't waste your time and money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio y atención, excepto por la srita Rocío que tiene mala actitud y es grosera. En general el servicio es muy bueno, pero se ve opacado por este tipo de situaciones. Siempre acudo a la clínica del centro, pero si evito pasar con ella.
Excellent service and attention, except for Miss Rocío who has a bad attitude and is rude. In general, the service is very good, but it is overshadowed by this type of situation. I always go to the downtown clinic, but I do avoid going to her.
