★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parece que para ellos todo mundo, incluyendo mi esposa, tiene trombofilia y te piden hacer estudios carísimos sin sentido. No lew confiaría a mi esposa ni los recomiendo en lo absoluto.
It seems that for them everyone, including my wife, has thrombophilia and they ask you to do nonsensical expensive tests. I would not lew trust my wife nor recommend them at all.

Para poder sacar una cita no se coordinan las asistentes, dan la información como si todos los pacientes tuvieran conocimiento de la clínica en su totalidad. Con respecto al Dr. Luján, fue una decepción total, nada de profesionalismo
Terrible service and attention, it seems that they are not interested in patients. In order to make an appointment, the assistants are not coordinated, they give the information as if all the patients had knowledge of the clinic in its entirety. Regarding Dr. Luján, it was a total disappointment, no professionalism

Excellent services from everyone, from the reception (Fabi brought my bottles of Melisa down to the UBER), all the very kind and professional nurses, all the doctors that I have known for 15 ethical and super professional years. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En febrero del 2020 tuve un aborto espontáneo en la semana 6, por recomendación llegué a Pronatal con del Dr. Jesús Luján. Justo el día de mi revisión nos dieron la mala noticia, me hicieron un legrado y nos recomendaron mandar los restos del feto a laboratorio. Me dieron el diagnóstico de una trombofilia así sin más, según el Dr Luján y su equipo mi aborto había sido causado por una trombofilia y no me iba a poder embarazar sin tratamiento, que consistía en inyecciones de heparina a lo largo de todo el embarazo. En fin, después de ésto fuimos por segundas opiniones con otros doctores, ya que ya había tenido una hija sana, por parto natural y sin ninguna complicación 2 años antes. Finalmente, después de escuchar otras opiniones de médicos en Estados Unidos y México, concluimos que el Dr. Luján y su equipo dieron un diagnóstico totalmente equivocado y sin sustento científico, sobretodo siendo el primer aborto, de una mujer de 31 años, sana y sin ningún tipo de condición. Nunca nos pudieron responder porque si "tenía trombofilia" había tenido ya a una hija sana. Esa fue nuestra experiencia con éste centro y con el equipo del Dr. Luján. Solo les podemos decir que no se queden con una sola opinión. Actualmente, estoy embarazada de 4 meses y por supuesto que no tengo ninguna trombofilia, ni ninguna otra enfermedad. Simplemente fue un aborto espontáneo y ya, es totalmente común.
In February 2020 I had a miscarriage in week 6, on the recommendation I came to Pronatal with Dr. Jesús Luján. On the day of my review, they gave us the bad news, they did a curettage and recommended that we send the remains of the fetus to the laboratory. They gave me the diagnosis of a thrombophilia like that, according to Dr Luján and his team, my abortion had been caused by a thrombophilia and I was not going to be able to get pregnant without treatment, which consisted of heparin injections throughout the entire pregnancy. Anyway, after this we went for second opinions with other doctors, since I had already had a healthy daughter, through natural childbirth and without any complications 2 years before. Finally, after listening to other opinions of doctors in the United States and Mexico, we conclude that Dr. Luján and his team gave a totally wrong diagnosis and without scientific support, especially being the first abortion, of a 31-year-old woman, healthy and without any kind of condition. They could never answer us because if he "had thrombophilia" he had already had a healthy daughter. That was our experience with this center and with Dr. Luján's team. We can only tell you not to be left with a single opinion. Currently, I am 4 months pregnant and of course I do not have any thrombophilia, or any other disease. It was just a miscarriage and already, it's totally common.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve la mejor experiencia en Pronatal. Yo viaje desde Estados Unidos para que el Dr. Lujan me atendiera y ayudara a quedar embarazada. En Estados Unidos me hicieron varios tratamientos de fertilidad pero ninguno tuvo exito. Por recomendacion de una amiga llegue a Pronatal y hoy estoy embarazada. El Dr. Lujan y la Dra. Avila son lo mejor, son excelentes en lo profesional y personalmente son Incredibles seres humanos. Me encanto toda mi experiencia y yo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados a Pronatal para cualquier tratamiento de fertilidad. Todos los del staff tienen te tratan con muchisima calidad humana y yo me voy feliz y sumamente agradecida de todo lo que hicieron por mi y por mi familia.
I had the best experience at Pronatal. I traveled from the United States so that Dr. Lujan could treat me and help me get pregnant. In the United States I had several fertility treatments but none were successful. On the recommendation of a friend I came to Pronatal and today I am pregnant. Dr. Lujan and Dr. Avila are the best, they are excellent professionally and personally they are Incredible human beings. I loved my whole experience and I wholeheartedly recommend Pronatal for any fertility treatment. All of the staff treat you with great human quality and I leave happy and extremely grateful for everything they did for me and my family.
