★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio. Citaron a mi mamá a las 9:30 hrs para una colonoscopía y después de tres hora de espera, por fin la ingresaron. Según el médico, es un procedimiento muy sencillo y que tarda al rededor de 30 minutos. Dos horas después de ingresar, salió mi mamá del estudio. Los resultados los deben dar de inmediato pero nos tuvieron esperando más de una hora y media porque el Dr. Delano bajó a atender una consulta sin importar que su paciente, una persona de la tercera edad, tuviera más de 24 horas sin comer y se encontrara cansada e incómoda de tanta espera. Una falta de profesionalismo y empatía de la clínica y del Dr. Delano. Definitivamente NO LO RECOMIENDO.
 Very poor service. They called my mom at 9:30 for a colonoscopy and after three hours of waiting, they finally admitted her. According to the doctor, it is a very simple procedure that takes around 30 minutes. Two hours after entering, my mom left the study. The results must be given immediately but they kept us waiting for more than an hour and a half because Dr. Delano came down to attend a consultation regardless of whether his patient, a senior citizen, had more than 24 hours without eating and was tired and uncomfortable from so much waiting. A lack of professionalism and empathy from the clinic and Dr. Delano. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue fatal el servicio, creo yo que los pacientes necesitan reposo y descanso, pues a altas hrs de la noche se ponen a trabajar con rotomartillos, tirando bardas, no son conscientes de que uno necesita descanso y se les reclama y no hacen nada. Creo yo que no se vale....... Si no es gratis el servicio......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malo muy malo las enfermeras son pésimas me picaron cuatro veces me dejaron los brazos super morados, si no les dices que es hora de tu medicamento siguen en el chisme, y toda la noche se la pasan con unas risas que no dejan descansar, se molestan cuando se les dice la observación, en especial una que no recuerdo su nombre pero andaba de uniforme rosa, Jamas volvería a ese lugar pésimo servicio... Lastima de enfermeras!!

muy desagradable doctora déspota y grosera.
Si su consulta es por el tema de tonsilolitos no vallan solo les recetará VANTAL BUCOFARINGEN. Para mil pesos de consulta por lo menos te deben tratar bien.
- la doctora me dijo en primera no se dice tonsilolitos esa palabra está en inglés
- en segunda si te provocas vómito eso es mental
- si te puedo quitar los tonsilolitos pero no quiero ..... Y le dije que yo si queria que me quitará aunque se los que fueran visibles y me dijo que si podía pero que no lo Hiba a hacer ya que es dañino, con otro doctor qué fuy me dijo que si se deben quitar
- también le comenté sobre la limpieza de mis orejas que nunca me he realizado una limpieza supongo que no está. Limpios y me dijo están bien.... Yo siento que tiene atorado algo... Que mala experiencia no se merecen ni una estrella el hospital por permitir trabajar a tan desagradable doctora
