★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de los que atienden, hablé para hacer una cita en sábado (pues iba a viajar de Xalapa a Puebla sólo a realizar mi examen de la vista para graduación) y la señorita que atiende me dijo que esta doctora no iba fines de semana, hasta de mentirosa me trató cuando le dije que en la página de la marca aparece en su red sábado con horario de 11 a 13:00 horas.
Adjunto la imagen del médico y horario en el cual "no va": Me lo terminaron resolviendo la marca de lentes, pero las secretarías siempre me trataron pésimo todas veces que hablé.
Ojalá pusieran más empeño en la atención al cliente.

I wish they put more effort into customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unos rateros, pésimo servicio la dueña es una tipa nefasta y grocera, se pone a discutir como señora de mercado, el supuesto especialista no supo hacer la graduación de los lentes me mando a otro lado a hacer mis lentes, no me los quisieron hacer en su negocio y resulta que la graduación esta mal, hice el gasto de unos lentes mal graduados, regreso por que no me sirvieron y me dan otra graduación diferente y ahora resulta que tengo que comprar otros lentes, pésimo lugar pésimo servicio y gente nefasta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, prácticamente son unos rateros, pésima atención de las señoritas y ni se diga del doctor muy especialista y ni siquiera sabe tomar la graduación te pone graduación que no necesitas para después no hacerse cargo y para lo que cobran, lo peor es que te dicen que te tienes que acostumbrar a una graduación que no necesitas ? recomiendo que vayan a otra clínica donde si sepan hacer un trabajo bien, dónde el "especialista" si sepa hacer su trabajo como supuesto especialista
