S	Susana G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me realizaron una mala endodoncia, todo porque la dra que me realizó el procedimiento se puso a ver su serie mientras trabajaba (el cemento se les fue hasta la mandíbula y no retiro todo lo malo, conste que yo pregunté que si se podía salvar la muela si no pues no había problema si se tenía que retirar la pieza) y obvio que fui a otra clínica, donde si tienen personal capacitado para que me realizaran un buen tratamiento. Por querer tener locales ($) por toda la ciudad no capacitan bien a su personal y no cuidan esos detalles y no se vale. I had a bad endodontics, all because the doctor who performed the procedure started to watch her series while working (the cement went to the jaw and I did not remove all the bad things, it is clear that I asked if the tooth could be saved otherwise, there was no problem if the piece had to be removed) and obviously I went to another clinic, where they do have trained personnel to have a good treatment. For wanting to have stores ($) throughout the city they do not train their staff well and do not take care of those details and it is not worth it.

Fui a esta clínica por recomendación, pero quedé decepcionada, yo NO la RECOMIENDO y sobre todo para atender algo tan delicado como lo es la salud. En mi tratamiento me estuvieron atendiendo diferentes dentistas ?, dejaron de tomar fotos de mi avance ?, sentía molestias en la encía y no me revisaron ?(tuve que hacerme limpieza profunda en otro lado), me quitaron un aparato que traía porque según ya estaba solucionado el problema y para mi sorpresa a los meses empeoró más ?, colocan cosas sin revisar el expediente ? (no se supone que para eso lo tienen) y la aparatologia de ortodoncia fue mal colocada ?. Y ni hablar de la mala atención en las recepciones. Quiero entender que su clínica es para que practiquen sus alumnos y no tengo nada en contra de eso, pero pongan más atención en como hacen las cosas sus estudiantes, no los dejen solos. I had to give it a star because it won't let me post, but I won't even give it one. I went to this clinic on recommendation, but I was disappointed, I DO NOT RECOMMEND it and especially to treat something as delicate as health. During my treatment, different dentists were treating me ?, they stopped taking photos of my progress ?, I felt discomfort in my gums and they didn't check me ? (I had to do a deep cleaning elsewhere), they took away a device that I had because according to what I was already solved the problem and to my surprise after months it got worse ?, they place things without reviewing the file ? (they are not supposed to have it for that) and the orthodontic appliance was misplaced ?. And not to mention the poor attention at receptions. I want to understand that your clinic is for your students to practice and I have nothing against that, but pay more attention to how your students do things, don't leave them alone.
