About Clinica Salud Digna
Salud Digna surge en 2003, dándole continuidad a un proyecto que Jesús Vizcarra venía realizando para beneficio de la población de Culiacán, Sinaloa. Se crea para satisfacer las necesidades de la población que no tiene al alcance servicios de salud de calidad.
Desde un principio fue primordial establecer la universalidad del servicio, de manera que la atención sea la mejor para toda persona que se presente a la clínica.
En 2011 se entra a una nueva época de expansión, donde se crean 14 clínicas solo en ese año, es cuando Salud Digna entra en una etapa de renovación y expansión.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es realmente molesto que tengan un horario establecido y que no te quieran atender cuando llegaste antes del horario de cierre.
Llegas, entras (porque está abierto, no es la hora del cierre todavía) te dicen que esperes en tal lugar y después el fulano al que le toca atenderte te dice que ya no podrá por que se acerca la hora del cierre y está atendiendo a una persona y luego va a atender a su compañera!!!
Me pregunto... Para que tienen un horario de cierre si no lo van a respetar? acaso creen que las personas que llegamos no hicimos un esfuerzo por estar a tiempo?
Eso habla de un pésimo servicio!!!!!

I wonder ... To have a closing time if they are not going to respect? perhaps believe that people who we did not make an effort to be on time?
That speaks lousy service !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, mi mamá acaba de mandar a hacer lentes en ese lugar, le hicieron el examen, claramente tiene problema de vista, al final de cuentas los lentes no sirvieron, (cabe aclarar que el día que se los entregaron en el lugar no los se los puso, hasta que llegó a la casa) probablemente se hicieron mal, le dijeron que los lentes solo le servirían para leer, cuando claramente los necesitaba para el uso diario, nadie le dió ninguna otra opción en el momento de mandar a hacer los lentes, simplemente el examen y eso sí, a pagar que es lo más importante, cuando regreso para decirles que no le servían, le dijeron que ella mando a pedir los lentes mal, cuando nadie más le dió ningúna otra opción, en fin, no les recomiendo el lugar (por lo menos para eso), su gente está muy mal preparada y si tienes algún problema no te darán solución..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Debido a la alta demanda de estudios, la aglomeración es continúa, ya que sólo debe de ir quién debería de realizar los exámenes pero acuden en mayor parte con toda la familia. El trato fue muy amable tanto por las cajeras o asistente y por parte de los médicos de nutrición, ultrasonido y de la vista.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los resultados de estudios y análisis son entregados muy rápido y son confiables, pero le pongo 3 estrellas porque uno está pagando un servicio, eso incluye un trato "digno" como la misma clínica lo dice. Los empleados que toman las muestras de sangre y covid son super groseros y déspotas, parecen trabajadores del IMSS. Ya es la 2a vez que voy y el mismo trato. No lo reporté porque llevaba prisa pero atentos a sus empleados, algo está fallando en su sistema y por ende lo externan con el paciente/cliente.
The results of studies and analyzes are delivered very quickly and are reliable, but I give it 3 stars because one is paying for a service, that includes a "dignified" treatment as the clinic itself says. The employees who take the blood and covid samples are super rude and despotic, they look like IMSS workers. It is the 2nd time I go and the same treatment. I did not report it because I was in a hurry but pay attention to your employees, something is wrong in your system and therefore they externalize it with the patient/client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting lines are long and my wife in 9th month of pregnancy had to wait to get inside, plus I wasn't allowed to follow her as it's only 1 person per customer. All the worst for security at the door. About inside service, it was good and decently fast.
