Perdí mi vuelo gracias a que mis resultados no llegaron a tiempo y obvio no se hicieron responsables de nada. Llamé más de 10 veces y nada más me daban largas y decían que en 30 minutos estarían mis resultados cada vez que hablaba. Cuando les dije que iba a perder mi vuelo, me colgaban. Terrible service. They say they give you results in 24 to 48 hours and they did not comply. I missed my flight because my results did not arrive on time and obviously they were not responsible for anything. I called more than 10 times and they just kept me off and said that in 30 minutes my results would be available every time I spoke. When I told them I was going to miss my flight, they hung up on me.

Fuimos a hacernos un covid test y nunca nos dijeron que si dabamos un numero Americano no nos enviarian los resultados, tambien en el ticket que te dan tiene el nombre de usuario y contraseña, pero no te dicen que lo ocuparas para ver tus resultados!! Un poco mas de explicacion no cuesta, ademas pagamos por un servicio no fue gratis. Very clean and controlled, but the people are gross (rude) and their customer service is terrible. We went to do a covid test and they never told us that if we gave an American number they would not send us the results, also in the ticket they give you it has the username and password, but they do not tell you that you will use it to see your results !! A little more explanation does not cost, also we paid for a service it was not free.
