★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui referida para que me realizarán unos estudios. La señorita que me atendió después de muchos intentos no fue capaz de extraer sangre. Solo me lastimó, me indicaron se comunicarían conmigo para dar solución y jamás lo hicieron. Al momento de yo llamar fue prepotente y no me dió solución.
En otras áreas tienen excelente atención pero mi experiencia con laboratorio fue decepcionante.
I was referred to have some studies done. The young lady who attended me after many attempts was not able to draw blood. It only hurt me, they told me they would contact me to find a solution and they never did. When I called he was arrogant and gave me no solution.
In other areas they have excellent care but my experience with the laboratory was disappointing.

Algo importante es que en las instalaciones al entrar toman todas las medidas de seguridad, te toman la temperatura y te desinfectan antes de pasar . El lugar está muy limpio.
