★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio médico es bueno, pero todo lo relacionando con la atención e información a los familiares, así como a los trámites administrativos son pésimos. Acudimos a ese hospital debido a que es parte de la red de hospitales de gnp en él área, desafortunadamente no tomamos la decisión de trasladar a nuestro paciente a la Ciudad de México para recibir una atención adecuada.
Recomendaría a quienes cuentan con seguro de gastos médicos que mejor busquen otra clínica.
The medical service is good, but everything related to care and information for relatives, as well as administrative procedures are terrible. We went to that hospital because it is part of the gnp hospital network in the area, unfortunately we did not make the decision to transfer our patient to Mexico City to receive adequate care.
I would recommend to those who have health insurance that they better look for another clinic.
