La nueva recepcionista le falta empatía y actitud de servicio, ni siquiera te voltea a ver, Mari era muy agradable. El día de mi cita la doctora no llegó puntual y la respuesta de la recepcionista es "La doctora siempre llega tarde, trabaja muy lejos, su agenda está abierta desde las 6:00 de la tarde pero nunca llega así que no se a qué hora va a llegar". No deberían ofrecer citas si no se atenderá a los pacientes, el tiempo del paciente es igual de valioso que el del doctor y/o especialista que lo atiende. Me pesa en cada consulta, me toma mi presión, me explica a detalle. Y me hace mi eco para ver qué mi bebé esté bien . Yo llevaba mi control ahí pero me fui a otra clínica a tener a mi bebé solo por ese motivo, me daba pena que me fueran a visitar ahí. Así lo hice y me agendaron con la pediatra María de Jesús la cual aparte de que te pasa tarde no resolvió mis dudas como que tenía prisa. Preferí pagar nuevamente en otro lugar pues no me dio confianza lo que le recetó. Explica detalladamente , es muy puntual y lo que más me agrado que mi niña ni lloro cuando la reviso, hace muy amena la consulta. El lugar muy agradable y hasta televisión hay para hacer más rápida la espera. Solo para mejora aun más agregaría algunos juguetes en el área para entretener a los niños. That Clinic was recommended to me by the pediatrician Estela. I definitely recommend the doctor.
